It is also very close to the Tiger Transit stop at the Auburn Mall! Stay close to the action when you book this upstairs unit as it is extremely close to the movie theater, local restaurants, and shopping. It is only 3 miles to Toomer's Corner and 7 miles to the Robert Trent Jones golf course in Opelika.
The apartment is decorated with Auburn flare and has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, countertop ice machine, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and a nice dining table with seating for 4. **HOUSE RULES**
- This is an upstairs apartment unit with a separate entrance above a private residence. You MUST be respectful and considerate of the owner and neighbors.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM.
- NO PETS!
- NO SMOKING!
- Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
- Exterior cameras MAY be in use.
- This unit is set up like a hotel room and there is no cooking source.
- There is NO street parking allowed in this neighborhood.
- Do not park in front of the garage, there is a designated parking pad for guest use.

Garage Studio Apartment in Auburn
The location and place was great. Close to Auburn but not in all the traffic especially for game weekend. We had some issues with the television but the owner was accommodating and worked to get it restored. Cute Studio
This studio apartment is over the garage area of a single family home on a street of newer constructed homes and townhomes. There is a private entrance and a dedicated space in the driveway to park. The studio is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. We stayed during a hot month and the AC was good. The Big Fish company managing the property was very hands on and checked in with a personal phone call prior to check in. My only note to be aware of is that you need to drive between other houses on a dedicated street/driveway which leads to the backs and garages of all the homes.
