Head upstairs to find a king primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has a freestanding shower and separate tub. The basement is the place to be with a full/full bunk room with a full bathroom, a wet bar, and a living area with a queen sofa bed!

When it's time to head to the lake, you will exit the lower level walkout patio area into the fully fenced backyard that is ideal for a couple of pups. There are stairs heading down to a swimming area and to a boat dock with a dedicated slip for this home. Got a hankering for pizza? You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

**HOUSE RULES**

Exterior cameras may be in use.

No renters under the age of 25.

Sleeping occupancy shall not exceed 10 people.

NO SMOKING! If evidence of smoking is found, you will be charged a $1000 fine.

Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.

All trash MUST be bagged and placed in cans at the end of the driveway.

Do not use bath towels for lake activities.

You MUST pick up after your pets! Dispose of all waste In the trashcans outside.
