Warren Annual Family Vacation at Lake Martin:
Our first time at this end of the lake, we loved being close to family and friends we grew up with, and the varied or restaurants. We enjoyed the house itself very much...
However, we were fighting ants... had to get ant killer. Also, when we got there we couldn't get the AC to cool right. My husband checked the filter and it was WAYYY passed due to be changed. The Concrete wall beside the walkway to the dock was very dangerous for small children that want to climb and elderly tht need a railing and flushing the toilet in the master was a challenge.

Great House!
This house was very roomy and perfect size for our family! The house was very clean and stocked well with towels and linens.Great location- close to Chimney Rock, Dadeville stores. The staff were very accommodating and answered all questions we had. We will definitely be back. Looking forward to making more memories here in the future!

Great Rental!!
The house was neat and clean on a beautiful lot with a wonderful view and great outdoor space with a huge dock . Perfect for summer fun and family gatherings! Our guests couldn’t stop bragging about how nice this property was.Will definitely be renting again!

Daughters graduation from Auburn University
The home is located in a nice quiet area with much potential. However it wasn’t ready to be presented for paying guests. Old dishes that didn’t match at all. Looked something you would see at a yard sale. Old pots, pans and baking pans.
The furniture is very dated.. The outdoor furniture wasnt clean nor the grills and the porch they were located. Nice view of sunsets and boat docks. Terrific landscaping. The photos made the backyard look more flat than its true steepness. My uncle and had hip surgeries so it wasnt easy to walk back and forth to the lake. The rental company’s Heather Godwin was very attentive. The kitchen is very large accommodative to large families and or guests. If the management makes the changes needed which are bed linens, towels, grill area and some tweaks with the furniture it would have behoved to have looked a little longer. At the price its listed and current condition of things that need to be addressed I would not recommend the property. The photos of the backyard are deceiving of how steep it is from home to the lake. The home has much potential so put the TLC it needs into it and it can have solid success as a rental
