Welcome to Elsie Jo's by Lake Martin Vibe! This adorable cabin is QUINTESSENTIAL Lake Martin, y'all! You will see exactly what we mean when you enter this beautiful nautically inspired home in Dadeville. Walk into the bright and fully stocked kitchen that includes a separate ice maker to fill up that cooler before you head out on the water for the day! There is a countertop bar with two stools for a quick service meal or a full dining table that seats 6 just off of the kitchen. As you walk into the cozy living room, your attention will immediately be drawn to the left where you will see that SPECTACULAR Lake Martin view.! The living room has super comfortable seating including a queen size sofa bed and a large screen TV.

Guests that sleep in the twin bunk room and the king guest bedroom share a full size bathroom with a combination tub and shower. Enter the master suite where you will find a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass enclosed walk-in shower. This home also has 2 wheelchair ramps directly off of the driveway that enter into the kitchen.

Let's talk about the OUTSIDE! From the living room, step out onto the long covered porch where you will find plenty of outdoor seating to relax on while enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Follow the concrete path down to the dock to pass the time away to read a book or take a swim! There is also a patio just next to the water to gather for a sunset meal. You may tie up a boat to the dock should you decide to bring one along. Two kayaks are also available for your use. PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Check in time is 4PM and check out is 10AM

Quiet hours are 10PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Dispose of all trash prior to departure. The trash can is at the entrance of the driveway.

Maximum occupancy is 8 people and should not exceed that amount.

Please start the dishwasher, strip sheets off the bed, and place towels in the washing machine before departure.

Exterior cameras may be in use.
