Abigail's Lake Haven
When walking up to the property you will be immediately greeted with a stunning view! Enter the home into a spacious living room that opens to the kitchen and dining area. Then take a step out into the amazing sunroom overlooking the lake. The sunroom has an additional dining table, a Keurig coffee bar with K-Cups, and two glider chairs where you can sit all day and take in the beautiful surroundings. The master bedroom is located just off the living room with a king bed, lake view, and a bathroom. You will find a baby bed, highchair, playpen, and an extra fold-out twin bed in the closet. The two guest bedrooms, both with queen beds, are on the adjacent side of the living room with a shared bath in between. The playroom/bunk room is next to the kitchen and is ideal for kids of any age. Equipped with a large TV for gaming or movie watching, a foosball table, 2 sets of bunks, and some cozy bean bag chairs. This will surely keep them entertained on those rainy days!
Extra amenities include a gas grill, an open jet ski port, paddle boards, life jackets, and a small covered boat slip (ideal for a john boat or a jet ski).
Dare Power Park has located only 3 miles away that offers a boat ramp, playground, fishing piers, sandy beach area, and more.
PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
Jordan-Hare Stadium is only 30 miles away.

This is a no-smoking property
No pets allowed
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
For safety reasons, please do not use the boat lift. The power is disconnected and any damages will result in a loss of deposit.
Please respect the neighbors and the fact the home is in a slough. When entering the slough, remember other families will be swimming and enjoying the lake and try not to cause a wake.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.

Abigal's Lake Haven
Overall delightful. Might want to look at what you can add/change for renters that are seniors. As a senior I found the tub hard to get into, no bars to help oneself into or out of the tub. Slippery and dangerous, ended up using the guest bathroom. When I inquired about a fire ring for s'mores (my grandchildren like this as a family treat time) I was told there was an area that could be used, needless to say, I was very disappointed the area was useless for the purpose I intended.- Anonymous from Lakeland, Posted: 7/27/2024

Couples Retreat

Perfect Weekend on the Lake
My friends and I had the best time here for a couples weekend on the lake. The space was clean and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the sunroom. Affordable, Comfortable and Spacious
These owners have thought of everything. Between the landscape renovations to the amazing dock/deck and interior decorations, what a treat. My family and friends really enjoyed our first stay and will absolutely come back again. Tons of room for the kids to run around in the yard, lots of amenities for the kids and parents, and situated in a perfect quiet and calm cove. The kids really enjoyed jumping off the dock into the water while the parents relaxed! Thank you to the owners for all the effort put into this place. Wonderful Home
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and spacious for our three family visit; the extras including the baby bed and toys for our young ones were put to good use. Our Favorite Vacation Spot
We are repeat guests at this beautiful lake house. The owner added kayaks since our stay last year and it was great. We love having the bunk room for the kids. The huge deck and grill are perfect for our large family. The neighbors are also nice and friendly. The house is kept very clean. Amazing memories made!
We are repeat visitors of this charming lakefront home and it continues to impress us! The memories we have made here with our friends and kiddos fishing off the dock, swimming in the lake, and enjoying coffee and/or cocktails in the glass back porch with incredible lake views are enough to keep us coming back! Great Place!
The house was so roomy, clean & decorated so cute! We had everything we needed, and plenty of room to spread out. The back porch/sunroom was a great place to sit in the mornings and evenings and take in the view.
