Sailboat Point
Inside you will find a beautiful rustic welcoming lake feel. Enjoy the fantastic views from almost any room in the house! The main level has a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a drip coffee pot and a dining room with seating. Kick back and relax in the living room or enjoy a game of pool in the bar room! You’ll also find the primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom on the main level as well as a room with two bunks that are twin-over full. Upstairs, there’s a loft with an extra living area to relax and watch tv, play games, or take a nap. There are two bedrooms on this level with queen beds and one bathroom.
This home is like being on your own island oasis in the heart of Lake Martin!
If you are looking for two homes close together, this home is located right next to Eagle's Nest.
PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Pets are allowed. A non-refundable $150 pet fee is required. Max of two pets.
Must be 25 years or older to book
Exterior cameras may be in use.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
This is a no-smoking property

The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
Please leave trash bins on road at all times to ensure trash pick-up is not missed.

Merry Christmas

Good, not great
First the good: the location and view were truly amazing. It should be advertised as 2 1/2 bathrooms not 2 as it says on website.
I'd like to give it a better rating but..
Now the bad: Property needs some maintenance. Many deck boards sticking up, nail heads sticking up, cobblestone stairs were uneven and loose. Saw a few roaches. Wife stepped on a wasp inside the house. In one bedroom upstairs you could hear what sounded like animals in the walls or attic. Several chairs were in disrepair. Microwave was dirty. GREAT GET AWAY

Unbelievable Property

Amazing views! Clean home!
We spent a long weekend at Sailboat Point and will be back! We had an amazing time with the beach area, pool table, dinner on the deck and so much more. The property managers were attentive and answered all my questions before and during our stay. The home was clean with plenty of extra bath towels and fully stocked kitchen. The "beach" was a hit with a zero entry area into the lake which was super helpful with small children who also loved building "sand" castles.
