Enjoyable Vacation
We really enjoyed everything about this house, location, boat ramp. It was very clean and big enough for our family. Pet friendly was a plus. Our fur baby had the best time. Pool table was fun playing with the family. We will be staying here again next summer.

Great family week at Lake Martin
House was very nice with beautiful views of the lake. Very private location with lots of room for parking. Loved the outdoor covered areas. It would be nice to have a paddleboard or kayak for the lake and also a gas grill. We had a wonderful week.

Very Disappointing
unbeknownst to me at the time I complained ,the leaking septic system that was flowing off of the back deck steps was a known issue....must be why the grating was laying over it. I understand now this isnt the first time and that the tank is to small. Had I known this at the time I would have been more upset. Additionally, there is a large woodpecker that has made a huge hole in the outside of the house and it gets started pecking every morning at daylight ....inside the house. Guest Bedroom on the left.
The hole wasn't created on the first day I rented the house. I have rented this house in the past and others from Big Fish. VERY disapointed!

Serene Retreat
This location was perfect for a college roommate reunion on Lake Martin. The area was beautiful, the lodging was private, and the experience of booking was carefree.

Great place to stay!
I booked this cabin for a month as a stop-gap between moving. The entire cabin is perfect. The bedrooms are huge and beds are very comfortable. It was during the winter so we weren’t able to get out on the water, but the views are spectacular. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. It was a perfect cozy getaway location.

Fun times at Big Fish
This place was better than we expected. Plenty of space and fun things to do in the area. Definitely planning a second trip to this cabin in the spring time.

Awesome stay at Sailboat Point!
Great house, plenty of space, great parking, very clean and perfect location on the lake. Very private and beautiful views. Heather at the rental agency was amazing, very courteous and helpful!

Merry Christmas
Wonderful family get together! The property is gorgeous! Really well appointed kitchen with all you need. Loved the interior appointments and furniture. Grill was not cleaned. Lower level beds are uncomfortable.

Good, not great
First the good: the location and view were truly amazing. It should be advertised as 2 1/2 bathrooms not 2 as it says on website.
I'd like to give it a better rating but..
Now the bad: Property needs some maintenance. Many deck boards sticking up, nail heads sticking up, cobblestone stairs were uneven and loose. Saw a few roaches. Wife stepped on a wasp inside the house. In one bedroom upstairs you could hear what sounded like animals in the walls or attic. Several chairs were in disrepair. Microwave was dirty. No railing on one side of deck. Keurig didn't work.

GREAT GET AWAY
Absolutely marvelous. The area was not crowded for a labor weekend. lots of space and very well kept. Boat dock large enough for 2+ boats. Well appointed throughout with all that is needed for a great weekend.

Unbelievable Property
We really enjoyed the property. Very quiet with great access to the lake. Swimming and fishing all around the property was awesome. We really enjoyed the local dining and how clean the lake is. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing views! Clean home!
We spent a long weekend at Sailboat Point and will be back! We had an amazing time with the beach area, pool table, dinner on the deck and so much more. The property managers were attentive and answered all my questions before and during our stay. The home was clean with plenty of extra bath towels and fully stocked kitchen. The "beach" was a hit with a zero entry area into the lake which was super helpful with small children who also loved building "sand" castles. Looking forward to our next stay!
