Changes In Latitude
The top floor of this home has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in each, 2 bathrooms, AND a loft bunk room with 4 bunks. And get this - each bunk is equipped with its own TV! There are plenty of games and activities to keep everyone in your group entertained. You will definitely want to make Changes in Latitude a repeat vacation spot for years to come. Changes In Latitude is next to Lake Happy in the event that someone needs to book multiple properties close together.
PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Exterior cameras may be in use.
The maximum occupancy of this home is 12 people and will not exceed that number of people.
Please be respectful of the neighbors; quiet time is 10PM until 8AM.
Please start the dishwasher and a load of towels in the washing machine prior to departure.
Please close umbrella when not in use.

Great Family Vacation at Lake Martin!
This was our first trip to Lake Martin and our first experience with Big Fish Real Estate Group, both were fantastic! Changes in Latitude was ideal for our large family. We loved the huge, open layout. The porch was exceptional and the extra amenities (pellet grill, kayak, paddle board, etc.) just added to the experience. Great choice for our annual family trip
House was just as the photos showed. Everything was so pretty and all rooms were great. Kitchen stocked better than any place I have EVER stayed! Floats, kayak and a paddle board were the hit of our lake time! Definitely recommend Big Fish Boat Rentals- also great prices and great service. Great dock and furniture to enjoy the lake even after dark. However, it could use some lights on the dock to make it easier to walk around on at night. Great Lake House!
