Now, let's talk about the inside amenities! The gourmet kitchen is to die for with a gas range and white quartz countertops and counter seating for 5 people. Off of the kitchen is a dining area that connects to the large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling. On the main floor, you will find not one, but 4 king bedrooms with TVs! The master suite is spa-worthy with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower and double vanities with a make-up area. There is also another full bathroom with a tub and shower combo and a half bath. And if you need to bring work with you to the lake, there is an office at the front of the home with a large desk and twin bed pullout chair. Upstairs, there is a loft bedroom with 3 queen beds, one twin bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a media lounge.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

This is a non-smoking property.

Do not move any indoor or outdoor furniture.
Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Occupancy shall not exceed number of persons allowed, 16 maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS!
Place all trash in receptacles outside.
Lock all windows and doors upon leaving the property.
Exterior cameras may be in use.
Do not use the concrete driveway to the left of the house that goes down to the water as a driveway or as a boat ramp. However, if someone in a wheelchair or who has trouble walking needs assistance to get to the dock, you may use.

Family Vacation

Awesome property
This house is very spacious and has all that you need! The kitchen is VERY well stocked with very nice dishes and accessories and a huge island with great bar stools. The bedrooms are spacious, updated TVs, comfortable mattresses, a very clean house with nice couches and room for everyone. Girls Trip
What an incredibly lovely home with amazing views! The perfect setting for a group of 12 high school bffs that have been getting together for over twenty years. The house is well appointed, with plenty of space both inside and out, to hang-out and make memories. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner out on the screened deck and watching the moon come up on the dock in the evenings. Nice calm slough for floating. Please note that there are 94 steps from the house to the dock but it is worth the trek. A golf cart would have been helpful but for the ladies with knee issues, they were able to drive their vehicle midway down the driveway to break up the journey.- Anonymous from Montgomery, Posted: 7/9/2024
Fantastic!
We could not have been happier with the entire experience. The management company was exceptional. The location was perfect for our large family. Best Girls Trip
What a beautiful, spacious, well-equiped home. Perfect for 12 high school best friends (Class of 80) traveling from all over to enjoy a relaxing and memorable girls trip! Plenty of room to hang-out inside and out. There are 95 steps down to the dock so it's a hike, but well worth the effort. Spent every morning and evening on the screened porch laughing and enjoying the view. If I had to give any suggestions to make the rental better, it would be to have an additional refrigerator and to add toilet paper stands.
