Welcome to Big Isle! This two story 5BR/3.5BA home in Dadeville has 2 living spaces and is perfect for a BIG time on Lake Martin! It sleeps 12 people comfortably and has multiple dining, kitchen, living, and indoor/outdoor lounging spaces throughout the home. There Is plenty of parking In the expansive driveway and carport and you can also tie up two boats on the dock. Big Isle Is near Martin's @Lake Martin, 34 Market, and Holiday Shores Grocery for your convenience.

You can see beautiful views of the lake in just about every room in this home! The lower level welcomes you into a formal dining room is with seating for 6 people. The main kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your group including a crockpot, Keurig/coffee pot combo, griddle, roaster, standing mixer, and a toaster. Enjoy breakfast in the lower living room area or on the screened porch just outside. The primary king suite is also located on this level that boasts a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a standing shower and soaking tub with two vanity areas.

Head upstairs where you will find a den with a queen sleeper sofa and a sun deck through the sliding glass doors. There are two full bathrooms on this level as well as a half bath. There Is queen bedroom, twin bedroom, twin/full bunkroom and a double bedroom with an adjacent sunroom. The great room on this level has a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and microwave with barstools, another dining table, and plenty of room for lounging in front of the TV when you're not out on the water.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Must be 25 years and older to book.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.

This is a no-smoking property.

No pets allowed.

The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.

All trash and perishables must be bagged disposed of properly in the receptacles outside.

Please make sure all windows and doors are locked upon departure.

Only use beach towels for lake activities.

Please start the dishwasher prior to departure.
