Sunset Rock at Lake Martin
Once you open the door to the home you will be amazed by its beauty and magnificent views! The spacious living room opens to a large kitchen with dining space on the island, a dining table overlooking the lake, or just outside on the covered patio. The Master bedroom is located on the main level of the home and features a king bed, a bathroom with a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower with a rain shower head.
Be prepared to be amazed again by panoramic views when you venture to the second floor of the home. Once you reach the top of the stairs you will see an office workspace with a monitor that you can easily plug into your laptop and work while still enjoying the beauty of the lake. From there you will walk across the mezzanine and find a bunk area with 5 double beds, a TV, a guest bath, and a balcony. This area is perfect for kids of any age. This level also features a 2nd Master with a king bed more bunks, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom is just across the hall and includes a King bed, another set of bunk beds, and a private bath.
A short ride for fuel at River North marina, minutes from Wind Creek, Bay Pines, and Peanut Point. There is only a 5-10 min drive to Alexander City shopping, a 35-mile drive to Jordan-Hare Stadium, and less than a 2-hour drive to Birmingham. The location couldn't get any better!

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Exterior cameras may be in use.
4 CAR MAX
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
**EXTERIOR cameras located on property Cameras will not be monitored unless there is some type of emergency situation or for security reasons when the house is in use**

Most Unreal Experience!
I don’t even know where to begin. This property was absolutely surreal, nothing short of magnificent. From the cleanliness, to the location, to the almost immediate answer every time we had a question via email. The list could go on. Having 13 women get along with not one complaint for an entire weekend is unheard of, but it happened. We’ve already started planning our trip back next year!

Stunning Home
This stunning lake house is beautifully decorated with tons of space for large families. We were celebrating our daughter's graduation from Auburn and needed a place for us and our extended family. We had 17 people and there was room for everyone to sleep, plenty of bathrooms and other fun areas to hang out. The location was perfect. My brother brought his boat and it was so nice to have a dock right outside the door. The kids enjoyed the slide, jumping off the dock, and the putt golf area. This vacation rental house was absolutely amazing. It is beautiful, clean, fully stocked. It exceeded all expectations. The best weekend ! Beautiful and spacious lake home !
From the moment I drove in the driveway,I knew it was going to be amazing and then I walked in the front door. It’s beautiful ! The home is super clean, lots of space, great 2 story pier, & even a little beach area near the water ! I highly recommend this rental . It’s great place to take your family and friends . . Lovely home
