This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath lakefront home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and enjoying the outdoors.

The main level features an open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, and convenient half bath. Large windows and French doors provide beautiful lake views and direct access to the expansive covered porch that runs the length of the house.

The lower level includes all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing a quiet and private sleeping space separated from the main living area.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, boardwalk, and outdoor areas during their stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Must be 25 years and older to book.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.

This is a no-smoking property.

Pets must be on a leash outside. 2 dogs max. Must be crated when no one is home.

Exterior cameras are in use.

The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.

All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
