**HOUSES RULES**

This is a non-smoking, pet free unit. If evidence of either is found, you will be fined up to $1000 in damages.

Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.

Minimum age to rent is 25.

Occupancy must not exceed 10 persons unless otherwise agreed upon by management.

All trash must be bagged and removed from the unit and placed in the trash bins outside.

Exterior cameras may be in use.

Please put all used towels in the tub, start the dishwasher, and lock all windows and doors prior to departure.
