Welcome to Eagle's Treehouse! Your sanctuary at Lake Martin awaits you at this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin in The Cascades community. The highlights of this property include privacy in a wooded setting, a porch bed swing, a hot tub, a community pool, a dedicated boat slip (launch your boat at the Hwy 34 ramp on Ramp Road), an outdoor fire pit, and it's right next to the New Water Farms venue!

This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, a dining area, a relaxing den and separate living area, a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a bunk room with 2 twin over queen bunk beds. There is also a charcoal grill for your use.

Come to Eagle's Treehouse to relax, be amongst nature, and enjoy all of the wonderful things that Lake Martin has to offer! We can't wait to host you!

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

*HOUSE RULES*

Please only use the boat slip designated for "CROUCH".

Must be 25 years and older to book.

Check in time is 4PM and check out time is 10AM.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.

This is a no-smoking property!

Exterior cameras may be in use.

No pets allowed!

The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.

All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.

Lock all doors and windows before departing.

Return pool bathroom keys to the unit before departure.

Bring In outdoor cushions from the uncovered hot tub deck before departure.
