Cozy Retreat is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo located in The Village at Lake Martin with a spectacular view of the lake! It sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size primary suite and a bunk room with two twin bunks and a full size bed.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a great stay at the lake including a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. There is a dining area for 4 with two additional dining spaces on the kitchen island. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the back porch while you take in the views of the lake. Not feeling up to a lake swim? Then take a dip in the community pool right next to the condo complex. Harbor Pointe Marina Is very close by If you need to gas up your boat and grab any snacks or drinks you need for a great lake day!

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

**HOUSE RULES**

Must be 25 years or older to book

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

This is a non-smoking and pet-free property.

The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.

All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.

Please start a load of towels in the washing machine prior to departure.

Make sure all doors and windows are locked.

Please bag all trash and place In the dumpster outside the condo.

Exterior cameras may be in use.
