Welcome to Rooted In Auburn, a brand new construction 2BR/2.5BA townhome located 1.5 miles from Auburn's campus off of Wire Rd. and has Tiger Transit available! It sleeps 5 people comfortably and has a small fenced in backyard. The driveway is level to the townhome entrance with no steps. With 1400 square feet of living space, you and your group will be able to relax in beautiful surroundings with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring during your stay.

The first floor boasts a nice sized dining room with seating for six and an open concept living room that enters into the kitchen with counter seating for 2. The kitchen is well equipped with a small crockpot, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, waffle iron, and many more tools to make those great tailgate meals. If you're not heading to the game, relax in front of the big screen TV to catch all the action on the streaming service that is available! There is also a laundry closet, half bathroom, and a cute back patio that opens into the small back yard.

Upstairs, you will find an open loft area with a twin bed, a king bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower, and a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

There is parking available for two cars in the driveway.

There is a portable crib available in the unit.

There is a charcoal grill available for use. Must be cleaned after each use.

Outdoor cameras may be in use.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age.
