Located in the coveted Turner Point / Moonbranch area of Lake Martin, this 5BR/3BA home sits on a completely FLAT lot, bordered by a concrete seawall that has built-in steps to the water & its own private boat ramp.

Enjoy the convenience this location has to offer, as you are only minutes away from Chuck's Marina and Pizza, Chimney Rock, and many other lakefront attractions, and just across the waterway from Harbor Pointe Mariana with boat rentals. This location also offers a short drive to downtown Dadeville and Auburn University.

When you enter the home from the driveway you will be greeted with a large open floor plan from kitchen to living room and a calming Lake Martin View. The Terrace level of the home host a fully equipped kitchen, a Master bedroom & bath, a guest bedroom w/laundry closet, a guest bath, and a spacious living room. Upstairs you will find 3 additional guest bedrooms and a guest bath.

The kitchen is updated with new appliances and you will find plenty of eating space at the kitchen island, dining area, and breakfast table off the living room. The master has a queen bed, a master bath with jetted tub, and a lake view. The guest bedroom and bath on the terrace level has a queen bed, lake view, and standard tub and shower combo. Two of the guest bedrooms on the upper level are furnished with double beds and the 3rd guest room has a double bed along with two single beds.

Outside you find a small grilling area with seating, a newly renovated floating dock, a pier, easy lake access, and a big yard to throw a football around!

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

Exterior cameras may be in use.

This is a no-smoking property

No pets allowed

The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.

Please respect the neighbors and the fact the home is in a slough. When entering the slough, remember other families will be swimming and enjoying the lake and try not to cause a wake.

All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
