Featuring 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, an open floorplan, and a screened-in back porch with a patio sofa, mini fridge, electric smoker, Keurig, and TV. What a great way to spend football weekends. This condo is located in the Golf Colony complex which has its own private pool and hot tub.

The condo has been recently updated and is equipped with a pull-out couch, high-speed internet, and cable TV. The master has a king bed, TV, and a tub/shower combo. The guest room has two full beds, a TV with Roku, and a private entrance to the guest bath.

The Golf Colony complex is in the Still Waters gated community which boasts several amenities such as a golf course, Lake Martin access at Harbor Point Marina (less than .5 miles away), a second pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, and more.

Please note, this condo is not waterfront.

This condo is also available for monthly rentals.

Must be 25 years and older to book.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

Exterior cameras may be in use.

This is a no-smoking property

No pets allowed

1 vehicle per rental

The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.

All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.

Boat trailers are not allowed to be parked on the premises.

** Must wear pool bands while visiting the pool area.  There are 5 orange bands next to the info binder.  Each band lost will result in a $20 cost to the renter and deducted from the damage deposit.
